Pleasanton, CA

The San Ramon Valley is located approximately 35 minutes outside of San Francisco. The cities of San Ramon Valley include Alamo, Danville, Blackhawk, Diablo and San Ramon. Located just South of the San Ramon Valley you’ll find the cities Dublin, Livermore and Pleasanton.

The San Ramon Valley has long been considered one of the most desirable living areas in the Bay Area because of its incredible location, good climate and stunning views of Mt. Diablo. Our community is a series of small enclaves of tightly knit, safe communities with more affordable housing than neighboring San Francisco or San Jose. With beautiful parks, tons of open space, and majestic views of historic Mount Diablo, this community is certainly a home away from it all. In addition to location the San Ramon Valley also offers some of the finest schools in the country, and close proximity to the Bay Area’s major employment opportunities; Chevron, IBM and AT&T, among others.

A Mediterranean climate is typical of California’s interior valleys – warm and dry in Summer with highs averaging 80-100 °F, wet and cool in Winter with lows averaging 35- 40 °F. The diverse terrain and mild climate make the area ideal for a wide range of sports and outdoor activities including hiking, biking, surfing, skiing, hang gliding, kayaking, and camping.

The San Ramon Valley is within an hour of the coast and within several hours of the redwoods to the north. To the east, Lake Tahoe and Yosemite National Park are a half-day’s drive. Napa Valley is just an hour away and Carmel approximately two and a half hours away.
